Good info! I haven’t used shampoo with sulfates, parabens, etc. for years, and as a result, my hair actually curls instead of just being frizzy. (For anyone with wavy-curly hair, I HIGHLY recommend the book “Curly Girl” by Lorraine Massey!)

I’ve been a little scared to try the baking soda route because it changes the ph levels on the scalp…and every scalp is different, and I’m super skittish about experimenting with my hair. May need to check it out again, though…

And the brewer’s yeast!! Who knew?!
